Precautions for semi-trailer use

Precautions

1. First, check whether the center bolt of the leaf spring is broken, and whether the leaf spring is stringed and broken.

2. Loosen the locking bolts of the diagonal adjustable rods on the front and rear axles.

3. After adjusting the wheelbase, let the car go the S-shaped road for about 1 km and then readjust the wheelbase, and adjust it twice in the same way, until the wheelbase no longer changes, lock the adjustable tie rod bolts.

Traction pin and fixed friction plate

1. Monthly check the traction pin for damage, cracks and premature wear.

2. Check whether the fastening bolts of the traction pin are loose, and if they are loose, tighten them in time.

3. Measure the diameter of the traction pin.If the diameter is less than the limit size, it should be repaired or replaced.

4. Check the fixed friction plate for damage, distortion and foreign matter, and repair if necessary.

5. When there is a gap between the traction pin and the saddle, the adjustment bolt on the left side of the saddle should be adjusted, rotated about 10 mm outward, and the handle of the saddle is pulled out and loosened. When the driving vehicle feels that there is no loose impact block, tighten the adjustment screw.

6. Maintenance of the saddle: After lifting the car for a week, you should remove the head and clean the surface of the saddle with diesel oil, then clean the oil and rust, apply grease, and then clean and refuel once a month. (A groove will appear with the traction plate, which is normal and will be ground into a flat surface after one year).

Outrigger

1. When detaching from the tractor, if the terrain is the reason, it is necessary to pad the lower part of the outriggers to prevent damage to the outriggers or the subsidence of the outriggers.

2. Inspect each lamp, if it is broken or broken, it should be replaced.

Loading response matter

1. left and right should be balanced loading,

2. It should be evenly loaded before and after,

3. to avoid axle fracture caused by uneven force on the front and rear axles of the trailer due to the unevenness of the frame and the ground during heavy loading.

4. When trying to avoid heavy loads, turning at a small angle will cause changes in the wheelbase, suspension, steel rim deformation, and tire bolt breakage.
